The HX-10A heat exchanger unit is a high efficiency heat exchanger unit employing Lintec’s liquid vaporizer unit construction. In order to vaporize liquids it is necessary to apply heat efficiently to the liquids. An efficient vaporization unit can be used without major modification as an efficient heat exchange unit. Because the HX-10 employs this vaporization unit construction, high efficiency and compactness have been realized. In addition, due to the use of a clean construction employing 316L stainless steel for gas contact surfaces, this device can be used not only for exhaust lines but also process chamber inlets, as well as the heating of a wide range of process and vaporization unit carrier gases. As a safety mechanism a thermal switch is built in as standard and this can be used as an alarm signal in case of overheating.

When larger gas flow rates are required, Lintec also has available the HX-101 which is capable of heating gas flow rates up to 300 litres per minute. In addition, we also have available control units including temperature control and flow rate control units as well as alarm functions.
